White supremacist indicted in case involving Matthew Hale juror
A Virginia man has been indicted on charges that accuse him of urging the use of force or threats against one of the jurors who convicted imprisoned white supremacist Matthew Hale.
Federal prosecutors in Chicago on Wednesday announced the indictment of William White of Roanoke, who's a self-styled white supremacist himself.
White was charged in a one-count indictment returned in Chicago on Tuesday with using his Web site in recent weeks to solicit violence against the jury's foreman.
White was arrested in Virginia last week.
Hale was convicted in 2004 of soliciting the murder of a federal judge. He's serving a 40-year federal prison sentence.
