Greenberg's not extreme, just right
One of your readers pointed out why she thinks Steve Greenberg is a "right wing extremist." She says that Steve thinks that you get your human rights as soon as you become a human being (the moment of conception - ask any doctor). That's the "anti-choice" position. But, doesn't that sound like "all men are created equal ..."?
Gun control is another area where Steve agrees with our founding fathers. Washington D.C.'s crime rate is only one of many reasons why "... the right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed" makes as much good sense today as it did in the 18th century.
"Civil union" is a phrase that means state sanction of a direct assault on the bedrock of our society: the family. What's wrong with being against that?
Finally, you might want to ask Steve Greenberg about his tax proposals. I'll bet he knows that we spend $250 billion (with a "B") per year running our (ha) "fair" internal revenue system. And, I'll bet he thinks that a simple, flat rate tax is the way to pay for government. So, where is Steve's extremism? He agrees with Jefferson, Adams, etc.; and I agree with him.
