Z Trim forms deal with Walden Farms

MUNDELEIN - Z Trim Holdings Inc. announced that all Walden Farm products are now being made with Z Trim multifunctional fiber blends in place of portions of gums or modified starches. The products will be exhibited at Z Trim's booth 1749 at the American Dietetic Association's Food and Nutrition Conference and Exposition at McCormick Place West, Oct. 26-28. Walden Farms makes and sells a variety of products free of calories, gluten, carbohydrate, sugar, fat and cholesterol, for both retail and food service, including mayo salad and sandwich spread, creamy peanut spread, chocolate syrup, pancake syrup, fruit syrup, fruit spreads, jams and jellies, dressings, veggie dips, fruit dips, barbecue sauce, ketchup, seafood sauce, Alfredo, marinara and other pasta sauces.
