Architect of credit crisis a bit too close
The Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act in 1999 deregulated financial institutions. Then, oh my, Phil Gramm, as chairman of the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs received over a $1 million in campaign contributions from the securities industry. This is McCain's pal and off-the-record adviser, the same guy who called us "whiners" and told us we were in a "mental depression." This is the guy (another Texas boy) McCain will probably nominate as Treasury Secretary if he is elected.
Come on people, forget lipstick on a pig, look at what is happening! We have to bring sanity back to our country. We have to elect Barak Obama president.
