Life Spine acquires intellectual patents

HOFFMAN ESTATES - Spinal implant firm Life Spine Inc. announced that it has acquired the majority of the intellectual property of Spinal Generations. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Michael S. Butler, Life Spine's president and CEO, says intellectual property expansion is critical to the company's mission of improving the quality of life for spinal patients.
