Is the Sox Blackout an advantage?

The White Sox have had a very good home record all season. Now that the ALDS moves to U.S. Cellular Field, what do you think of the "Blackout" look in the stands? Do you think it helps the team or do you just like the look? Why does this team play so much better at the Cell?
