Is poor reception a Democratic ploy?

Is it really just a coincidence that our TV reception was terribly cracked up during McCain's acceptance speech, but only then and not after? The identical problem occurred during the last election. Strange! Since the channel used for this was one run from Chicago, is this another dishonest Democratic gimmick they're using to keep Republicans from succeeding at all in the state of Illinois?
