Buffalo Grove police release video of driver backing over squad car

Buffalo Grove police have newly released a video of a man who backed his car into - and then onto - a police vehicle.

According to police, the May crash occurred after the driver, Henry Raskin of Niles, was pulled over by police for speeding. After receiving his ticket, Raskin hit the gas while his car was in reverse and slammed into the squad car behind him.

Raskin, 70, was charged with reckless driving and, according to ABC 7 Chicago, later convicted, fined $220 and ordered to attend a traffic safety class.
