Box office, not ballot material
What part of "scary" can't we spell when it comes to Sarah Palin's world view? What part of bad judgment, desperateness and weakness on the part of John McCain can't we see when it comes to choosing Sarah Palin as a running mate because McCain couldn't excite his arch-conservative base with sucking up to Oral Roberts University and Reverend Hagee. This choice is not only insulting, it is beyond cynical.
Is Sen. McCain so confident that at his age that he is immortal, and therefore, either doesn't need to worry about the ludicrous Sarah-statement (and obvious belief) that "I'm ready to be president," or he is the most irresponsible, hubristic man on the planet in potentially leaving this country in her care?
Republicans, what are you thinking?
Oh, please, have we lost our minds? That we will rush to the polls because we are "excited." This woman is box office material, not ballot box material. Can we be so stupid?
