GOP suppresses swing states votes
Once again, the GOP is planning on manipulating an election in their favor.
Republicans are going to challenge voters based upon home foreclosure in Michigan, especially in the Detroit area.
This will suspiciously and disproportionately affect Africa-American voters who overwhelmingly vote Democrat.
The Republicans are engaging in "a systematic broad-based effort to put up obstacles for people to vote; their goals are twofold: One is they are trying to knock people out from casting ballots; the other is to create a slowdown that will discourage others." (quote from The Michigan Messenger).
This is an example of how John McCain and his handlers are trying to once again to follow their parties proven game plan of disregarding voters' wishes and stealing an election.
Conveniently enough, McCain's regional headquarters are located in the same office building of a law firm that specializes in home foreclosures.
The same firm has raised between $100,000 and $250,000 for the Republican nominee.
Joining in on the fun is Michigan's Republican-led state senate. It has not progressed on the anti-predatory lending bill for over a year, thus allowing GOP pals time to prey on those who have fallen victim to foreclosure to suppress their votes.
I wonder if they are planning on checking all voters nationwide. Yes, even those that are voting in GOP loyal states, to make sure they discourage all voters, not just those in swing states.
Oh, by the way, the GOP is trying to eliminate early voting in Ohio, another swing state, to suppress voting there. Image that.
If McCain wins, maybe he will eliminate that whole pesky voting process to save his party the hassle of having to rig elections.
