Kids Safety Day set for Saturday

Kane County Safe Kids Safety Day is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 20 at Mooseheart Field House, on Mooseheart Road, west of Route 31.

The free event includes a safety seat check from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

More than 50 agencies will participate in this educational

and entertaining event for kids of all ages.

Come watch exciting fire and rescue demonstrations, mingle

with emergency crews and visit the many interactive indoor booths and outdoor "touch-a-truck" area.

Kids won't leave empty-handed. They will take home prizes, coloring books and stickers.
