Gallagher acquires Oxygen Insurance
ITASCA - Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. announced the acquisition of Oxygen Insurance Managers Ltd. of London, England, from its parent, Oxygen Holdings. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Oxygen Insurance is a financial services authority authorized underwriting agency representing a number of major insurance companies and Lloyd's Syndicates, acting directly or through a local intermediary. OIM specializes in international classes of insurance such as liability, extended warranty, cargo and specie, property, and group personal accident and travel.
