Hanover Park parks offers Mexican Independence Day fest Friday

The Hanover Park Park District will host a Mexican Independence Day celebration from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, Sept. 12.

The fiesta will feature food and entertainment for the entire family. It takes place at the Community Center Gym, 1919 Walnut Ave., Hanover Park.

Admission is $5 for adults, $3 for kids 10 and under, and free for kids three and under.
