A 'do nothing' commander in chief

John McCain and Republican leaders believe that Sarah Palin's job as commander in chief of the Alaskan National Guard has given her foreign policy experience and prepare her for the presidency. Now we know that Palin has never issued an order to the Alaskan National Guard during her 2 years in office. If that's not a "do nothing" commander in chief, then I don't know what is.
