• A bicycle theft from the 700 block of South Jackson Street was reported at 10:56 a.m. Tuesday.
• Garbage in a trailer caught fire at 4:26 p.m. Tuesday at the Veolia transfer station, 766 Hunter Road.
Geneva
• Michael Adam Clark, 25, of 214 N. First St., Elburn, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and possession of drug paraphernalia (a glass pipe) at 12:53 a.m. Monday in the 400 block of West State Street, a report said.
St. Charles
• Eduardo Lopez, 21, of 115 N. 15th St., Unit 55C in St. Charles, was arrested Aug. 24 on charges of reckless conduct and criminal damage to property after tossing a 40-pound barbell that caused a storm door to strike a man in the forehead, a police report said.
• Carolyn S. Pawlicki, 33, of 109 Volks Court in North Aurora, was arrested on Aug. 22 on a retail theft charge after stealing a Calvin Klein bra and Honeydew underwear with a combined value of $53 from a Von Maur store in St. Charles, according to a police report.
