Free Judson concert to feature 1000 Generations

1000 Generations is coming to Judson University's Elgin campus on Aug. 29 for a free concert, open to all ages. The show will be held at 8 p.m. in the Herrick Chapel at Judson University, 1151 N. State St. in Elgin.

The four-piece band, which was recently honored with the Gospel Music Academy's Song of the Year Award, hails from Indianapolis, Ind. They are currently on tour to support their newest album "To Those Who Cry," which Renown Magazine called "one of the most engaging and enjoyable CDs this year."
