Suburbs should be angry with Meeks

Where are all the angry suburbanites who should be angry about Sen. Meeks and his group of church leaders who are proposing that the parents of Chicago public school children boycott the first day of school in favor of trying to enroll their children in a suburban school instead? Doesn't it matter to you that Meeks' proposal would rob YOU of your tax dollars for your own children's education in favor of paying for the education of Chicago children from outside your school district?

Get off your duffs and stand up and make yourself heard by saying "NO" to Sen. Meeks and his group of church leaders. Keep our higher tax dollars where they belong... in our own suburbs for our own children and let the tax dollars that Chicagoans pay go toward their own children's education.
