Mentoring program offered for children

The Little Brothers and Sisters of Lake County invite children between the ages of 7 and 13 to participate in mentoring programs in Gurnee, Round Lake, Mundelein and Highwood. The Little Brothers and Sisters are matched one-on-one with an adult volunteer who becomes the Big Brother or Sister. They then get together in a supervised, group setting at a nearby school, community center or church to play games, work on craft projects or just chat.

To become involved in this free program, call Molly, at (847) 360-0770, ext. 109, or e-mail mollyl@bbbslc.org.
