So many people made fundraiser possible
We would like to thank Kris Stabler, vice president, community relations at Arlington Park Racecourse, for putting together the wonderful fundraiser for a service dog for our daughter, Regina.
We appreciate Kris' recruitment of the Arlington Heights Noon Rotary Club and their hard work selling hot dogs and raffle tickets during the game. Sue and Paul Duchek, owners of Picket Fence Realty, recruited volunteers and presold raffle tickets for the event.
The Arlington Heights Chamber of Commerce helped spread the word and Jon Ridler, executive director, volunteered.
Regina absolutely loved watching the game between the Arlington Park employees and the Arlington Heights Police Department. Both teams generously donated their winning prize of $1,000 and $500 to the fundraiser which was a HUGE success.
We would also like to thank Eileen Daday for the article that she wrote in advance of the event. We are sure it helped with the tremendous turn out of over 500 residents and friends.
It is hard to put into words how much it means to our family that the community came together in support of our daughter. Our love and thanks to all of you, our family & friends.
