Time lights along Waukegan Road

I've noticed the extreme amount of traffic on Waukegan Road between Lake Cook Road and Dempster Avenue during peak hours.

By traveling this route, and observing the traffic flow, the traffic congestion can be alleviated by better timing and coordination of the traffic lights.

This is a reasonable solution that each village should take upon themselves in order to ease the congestion and which would make for a less stressful commute for everyone who travels this route.
