At least legislators can see state fair

The governor called a special session of the General Assembly to vote on what he considers critical legislation.

There is no doubt in anyone's mind that this session will be unproductive.

The only advantage is the assembly can charge the taxpayers for their trips to the state fair. He may even be in Springfield for the occasion.
