New Naperville bank opens

NAPERVILLE -- The First Community Bank Naperville has opened and is offering its first promotions, a certificate of deposit for 12 month at 4.35 percent and a money market rates for 4 percent annual percentage yield. In May, around 18 local business leaders partnered to open the new bank. The group, led by Scott Wehrli, secretary-treasurer of DuKane PreCast Inc., each invested at least $200,000 to create the bank at 2728 W. 75th St. in Naperville.
