Preview sales under way at Mayfair in Naperville

Mayfair, a community of 172 townhouses located near the northeast corner of Route 59 and Audrey Lane in Naperville, is now open for preview sales.

"Naperville is exactly the kind of place we look for when choosing where to build our communities," said Jack Wexelberg, regional president of Kimball Hill Homes. "And, like the city itself, our newest community will be a wonderful place to call home. With nine floor plans and a variety of options, Mayfair is designed for downsizers, busy professionals and young families."

The 2,030-square-foot Wallingford, a raised-ranch plan with two bedrooms and two baths, offers downsizers mostly single-level living. The lower-level family room measures more than 500 square feet.

The two-story, two-bedroom, 2 bath Blakemore and Ashbury plans both measure more than 1,900 square feet.

Featured in the Ashbury is a second-level tech center lofted to the entry foyer below, while the Blakemore offers an optional built-in computer desk with storage cabinets in the second-floor den. "Either makes a perfect spot for a home office," Wexelberg said.

The 2,130-square-foot, three-level Kinkaid end plan has three bedrooms, 2 baths and family-friendly features such as a lower-level family room, eat-in kitchen and laundry located on the same floor as the bedrooms.

Base priced from $279,990 to $329,990, floor plans measure 1,935 to 2,205 square feet, including an attached two-car garage and balcony or patio per plan.

Amenities include walking trails, a putting green, bocce ball courts and horseshoe pits. Homeowners will also have access to a common park with community grills.
