Appreciates Geneva's tasty H2O

Did you attend the tour of Geneva's new water treatment plant? If you did, then you had a real treat as I did.

The tour was very impressive and the engineering looked awesome. It was hard to believe all the work it takes to process our water before I pour myself a glass to drink. I sure do appreciate the city of Geneva and the public works department effort to bring us what ranks as some of the best water in the state of Illinois.

We citizens can stop filling that water softener with salt and will not have to keep replacing those filters for your reverse osmosis personal drinking water and just enjoy the water from your faucet.

Thank you, Mayor Burns and the city council, for the foresight you have shown with this effort. Thank you also to the engineers that work at the plant for the educational tour you gave us. All we have to do is enjoy every glass of great-tasting water.
