Scouting Everton: Everton, in training for English Premier League play, brings American goalkeeper Tim Howard to town. Howard likely will return in September for a World Cup qualifier at Toyota Park. Phil Neville also is expected to try to work into form vs. the Fire. Everton was fifth last season in the EPL.
