• A JVC camcorder was taken from a patron of River Lane Pub, 65 N. River Lane, between 1:15 and 1:35 a.m. Saturday.

• A Magellan GPS unit was taken out of an unlocked Ford Expedition between 11 p.m. July 8 and 7:30 a.m. July 9 in the 700 block of Lancaster Lane.

• A vehicle was burglarized between 1 and 7:30 a.m. Saturday in the 300 block of Chalmers Street. The driver's window was broken, and a Magellan Roadmate 6000T GPS unit was taken.

Kane County

• Someone dented the tailgate, the rear driver's-side panel, the driver's door and the hood of a Toyota Scion II between 5 and 11:59 p.m. July 7 in the 1S700 block of Green Road, Elburn.

Batavia

• Matthew R. Albright, 29, of 2330 Prairie St., Aurora, was charged with driving under the influence and illegal possession of drug equipment at 6:56 a.m. Sunday, according to a police report.

• Nicholas D. Seidel, 26, of 1 Oak Terrace, was charged with illegal possession of drug equipment at 12:30 p.m. Sunday.

• Mark G. Deguzman and Michael P. Deguzman, both 17 and of 6N296 Woodland Drive, St. Charles, were charged with disorderly conduct at 7:21 p.m. Sunday in the 400 block of Chestnut Street. Mark Deguzman was also charged with aggravated assault.

• The front right window of a vehicle was smashed in the 100 block of East Wilson Street, it was reported Friday.

• Julia E. Alcaraz, 17, of 1416 Farrington Lane, Aurora, and Ashley L. Inches, 20, of 3024 Quincy, Aurora, were charged with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor at 3:06 a.m. Saturday at an apartment complex on West Wilson St. James C. Wright, 19, of 1133 W. Wilson St., was charged with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and having an unlawful residential gathering.

• The northwest side of Batavia was attacked by vandals Saturday night or early Sunday morning. Residents of Britta Lane, Van Nortwick Avenue, Van Nortwick Court, Shabbona Trail, Waubonsee Trail, Windsor Lane, Timber Trail, Maple Lane and Republic Road reported broken clay flower pots, lawn furniture and flower pots strewed in a street, street signs damaged, lawn and patio furniture damaged, decorative lanterns broken, Malibu lights broken, a mailbox smashed and a copper mailbox stolen.

• The passenger-side window of a vehicle was smashed and a GPS unit taken in the 500 block of Van Nortwick Avenue Saturday.

• Mariah Konen-Kelly, 24, of 1327 E. Wilson St., was charged with retail theft, accused of stealing clothing and picture frames from Kohl's, 251 N. Randall Road, Saturday, according to a police report.

• A registration plate on a trailer was taken while it was parked in the 1300 block of Paramount Parkway, it was reported Friday.

• Annette Edwards, 37, of 1435 McClure Road, Aurora, was charged with trespassing, damaging property, battery and mob action at 10:04 a.m. Friday in a restaurant parking lot in the 100 block of West Wilson Street. The police report said about 30 people had gathered and appeared to be preparing for a fight.

• Someone tried to pry open the rear doors of Robbins Flowers, 143 S. Batavia Ave., between 5 p.m. July 3 and 8:30 a.m. July 7, according to a police report.

• A vehicle, driveway and tree leaves were spray-painted late on July 9 or early July 10 in the 1100 block of Miller Court, it was reported Friday.
