Used book sale: Members-only preview sale, 5-9 p.m. July 18, public sale 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. July 19 and noon to 3 p.m. July 20, Indian Trails Public Library, 355 S. Schoenbeck Road, Wheeling. The Friends of the Indian Trails Public Library District will begin their used book sale. Numbered entry tickets will be available to members for the preview sale beginning at 3:30 p.m. July 18; dues for 2008 are $3 for an individual and $6 for a family membership. A children's used book sale will also take place at the same times. Children's books are mostly 25 cents. Adults' pocket paperbacks are 50 cents; all others are $1, except for "better books," which are priced higher. There will be some videotapes priced at $1.
