Take shrimp, lobster off the dinner table

Mike Michaelson frequently provides information about restaurant specialties in his articles, as he did in his Sunday June 22 story, "Dig into a New England-style feast in Wisconsin."

I did not appreciate his touting of New England lobster and shrimp at the Heidel House Resort.

Shrimp is a species with significant problems in regard to how they are caught, their relative abundance (poor), and how well shrimp fishing is managed. And there are some concerns about the status, fishing methods or management of lobsters as well.
