Autumn Creek in Yorkville plans open house
Pulte Homes' model open house takes place from 1 to 4 p.m. today at its Autumn Creek community, located off Route 34 in Yorkville. Light refreshments will be served.
"Autumn Creek is the place for home buyers who want the opportunity to purchase not only a new home, but a home that has been treated to a decorator's touch," said Chris Naatz, vice president of sales and marketing for the Illinois division of Pulte Homes.
Each of the three decorator models features a custom paint package, window treatments, a fully landscaped home site, plus a selection of options.
The Dorchester model is priced at $249,990 and sized at 2,267 square feet, with four bedrooms, 2 baths, a full basement and three-car attached garage. A two-story entry foyer leads into the family room.
A combination living and dining room adjacent to the foyer accesses the kitchen, which is open to the breakfast area and family room. A private corner library and first-floor laundry are included. Upstairs, the Dorchester has three secondary bedrooms, plus master suite with a walk-in closet and private full bath.
The next model is the Peyton, also priced at $249,990. The 2,767-square-foot home has four bedrooms, 2 baths, combination living/dining room and family room open to the eat-in kitchen, with center island, basement and two-car attached garage.
On the second floor, the Peyton has three secondary bedrooms, master suite with a walk-in closet and private bath, and a family room.
The third model is the Birmingham, sized at 3,036 square feet with four bedrooms, 2 baths, den, full basement and a two-car garage.
The Birmingham showcases formal living and dining rooms located on the sides of the two-story foyer, leading directly into the two-story family room. The open kitchen has a center island with breakfast bar plus corner pantry. The library next to the family room can be turned into a first-floor bedroom suite with full bath.
On its second floor, the Birmingham features a catwalk overlooking the family room and entry foyer, walk-in closets in two of the three secondary bedrooms, and luxury master suite with private bath and walk-in closet. The Birmingham model sits on a corner lot and is priced at $315,990.
Pulte features five luxury single-family floor plans in the Fields series at Autumn Creek, base priced from $234,990. Each home is a two-story design, sized from 2,267 to 3,036 square feet. Each plan is a four-bedroom, 2-bath layout with a den, large family room open to the kitchen and breakfast area, luxury master suite with private bath and walk-in closet, plus a two-car attached garage. Three-car garages are also available.
Pulte's new Signature Standards are included with every home, featuring items such as nine-foot first-floor ceilings, kitchens with 42-inch cabinets, Corian countertops and hardwood or ceramic tile flooring and master bath soaker tubs.
Autumn Creek's neighborhood layout includes a group of ponds at its center, with a nature overlook featuring trees, park benches and Blackberry Creek. Also available are a playground and park, walking and biking trails, and 92 acres of preserved open green spaces.
Pulte also features townhouses at Autumn Creek in four different layouts. The homes are sized from 1,150 to 1,574 square feet, with prices starting at $136,990.
Townhouses come in both two-story and ranch layouts, with two or three bedrooms, up to 2 baths, luxury master suites with walk-in closets and private baths, plus two-car attached garages.
