We either pay or we reduce service

With all due respect to Gerry Sroga of Palatine regarding opposition to the $3 surcharge proposed by ComEd to improve time response to outages, I sincerely hope Stroga isn't one of those the media can't wait to get hold of to let everyone know how inconvenienced they've been by a power failure.
