Bicyclists should be licensed too

I am fully behind bike riders being on the streets of the city of Chicago. They have every right.

However, I never see a license plate or a city sticker displayed.

If bikers ride on the streets, they should pay some state and city taxes as is required of the automobile drivers.

Bikers are being involved in more and more accidents. Two fatal recently, and not all the fault of car drivers.
