Find better label for those who serve

The Daily Herald runs a column that recognizes college students from the area who have achieved the Dean's List, graduated from college, etc. The name of the column is "The Best and Brightest."

Those young men and women who choose to enter the military are also recognized for their achievements, graduating from certain military schools, attaining a higher rank, etc. The name of their column is, "From the Armed Forces."

I'm sure no slight is meant for those who enter the military as not being "The Best" or "Brightest," however, I don't think that their titled column truly recognizes the sacrifices that these kids are making, nor their future duties which could very well put them into harm's way.

"I think a more fitting title for their column would be, "The Best and Bravest." No slight meant for those who choose college instead.
