Deflocked cartoon insults teachers

The Deflocked cartoon strip by Corriveau which appeared in the Daily Herald on June 9 is inappropriate as it implies that "The nation's schools are becoming brothels!"

This is insulting to teachers, students and parents.

After the dog character in the cartoon makes the above statement, the sheep character enrolls as a student from "stud-lantis" and asks "When do we get to the private tutoring?"

Jokes about schools, children and brothels are not funny, and I believe there are laws that protect the young from this type of "joke."
