We should just void governor's election

Now that Tony Rezko has been convicted on numerous counts of fraud, many of which contributed to the wealthy Blagojevich re-election fund, does this not make Blagojevich's election null and void?

If I recall, Blagojevich doubled the funds of his Republican opponent.

Do you think he would have won if he did not have all that dirty money?
