Thanks for change of mind on park

As I stated at Tuesday night's meeting, thank you, Glen Ellyn Park District Board! Your willingness to listen to the residents of Glen Ellyn in regard to the Ackerman Park wooded area that was previously designated to become soccer fields demonstrates that, despite some painful moments, you are willing to represent the will of your constituency. My family is very thankful and we will continue to pursue preservation of these wooded lands with the village of Glen Ellyn.
