Indians' Westbrook back to DL

CLEVELAND -- Indians pitcher Jake Westbrook is back on the disabled list for the second time this season with ran inflamed right elbow.

Westbrook was sent to the DL retroactive to Thursday, the day after his last start. He is 1-2 with a 3.12 ERA in five starts this season and was on the DL from April 20 to May 28.

Tom Mastny will make his first major league start Tuesday night in Westbrook's absence.

The Indians recalled reliever Jensen Lewis to take Westbrook place on the roster. Lewis is 0-2 with a 3.58 ERA in 20 appearances this season for Cleveland. He was optioned to Triple-A Buffalo on May 24.
