Parent/child Golf Tourney: Register by June 6. 1-3 p.m. June 14, Grayslake Golf Course, 2150 Drury Lane, Grayslake. Parent/child (ages 8-14). Teams of a parent and a child ages 8 to 14 compete in a handicap tournament, with additional contests including a yellow ball contest, closest to the pin, longest putt, and a special junior challenge. The Illinois State Police and the Wheeling Police Department will simulate various unsafe driving situations including a rollover car crash, driving without a seat belt, and drunk driving.
