Magazine announces contractor's awards

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS - Roads & Bridges, a Scranton Gillette Communications business-to-business publication serving the infrastructure industry, announced its 2008 Contractor's Choice Award winners. There are a total of 92 gold, silver and bronze winners in 33 categories. Area winners include Street Sweepers: Elgin Eagle of Elgin which was named a gold winner. Trucks (on-highway): International 7700 in Warrenville was named a Bronze winner. More than 21,600 contractors from the "Roads & Bridges" subscriber base voted on the final ballot. Select winners will be featured in the July issue of the magazine.
