Exxon Mobil boss to keep 2 titles
DALLAS-- Exxon Mobil chairman and CEO Rex Tillerson will keep both his titles, as shareholders rejected a plan backed by some members of the Rockefeller family to split the chairman and chief executive roles. The plan to split Tillerson's duties into two jobs got only 39.5 percent of shareholders' support at the oil company's annual meeting Wednesday. A similar vote last year failed with 40 percent support.
