Waterbury Place offers row houses
Waterbury Place, a 31-acre community in Buffalo Grove, offers buyers a taste of urban living with the addition of luxury row houses to its full complement of upscale home designs.
Four builder-designed row houses, featuring a variety of floor plans and appointments, are now available for early delivery.
Developed by Glenview-based Edward R. James Homes, these classic, two-story attached homes blend seamlessly into the maintenance-free, fully-landscaped community, which also includes single-family homes, townhouses, duplex homes and attached villas.
"Waterbury Place has a certain urban sophistication thanks to its distinctive architectural styles, community parks and proximity to public transportation. But it also has all the benefits of upscale suburban living," said Jeanne Martini, director of sales and marketing for Edward R. James Homes.
Located off Route 22, just east of Prairie Avenue, Waterbury Place includes 62 row houses among the 156 total residences. The four row houses available for early move-in feature two bedrooms plus a loft or three bedrooms, 2½ baths, a full basement, private patio and attached two-car garage. Prices range from $399,900 to $424,900 for the early-delivery row houses.
"The well-planned designs and maintenance-free characteristics make Waterbury Place's row houses a great alternative to single-family homes for a variety of buyers, including first-time buyers as well as down-sizers," Martini said.
One row house available for early delivery is the Eden, a 1,785-square-foot home with three bedrooms, 2½ baths, a full basement and a three-sided fireplace. It is specially priced at $424,900.
