1.36 million passengers due at Chicago airports

Officials say they expect more than 1.36 million passengers to travel through Chicago's O'Hare International Airport and Midway International Airport over the Memorial Day holiday.

Department of Aviation officials say the busiest day should be Friday.

More than a quarter-million travelers are expected at O'Hare and 65,000 passengers at Midway between Friday and Monday.

With the extra traffic, officials say travelers should allow ample time to arrive at airports for ticketing, security and baggage check.
