Clinton, Obama wrong on ethanol
Candidate Clinton proposed a large ethanol plant in Iowa during the primary but candidate Obama said it was not big enough so he promised a larger plant .
One tank of ethanol uses enough corn to feed a family of four for a year. What were they thinking? Or were they just pandering for votes at the expense of the middle and lower class and making the price of milk and eggs go up?
Sen. McCain has said for years that ethanol was a boondoggle.
It seems immoral to burn food in our cars. That corn will come from the tables of the third world.
