'Change' we can't afford from Obama

U.S. Sen. Barack Obama is presently sponsoring Senate Bill 2433, a "Global Poverty Act", which would devastate our national resources, pledging $845 trillion or 7 percent of our nation's gross domestic product!

That's more than "change!"

We could better use this tremendous amount to first- aid the needy in our own land.

Why not close our borders for several years to care for our own and also solve our immigrant problem?

Being too generous and in the process facing bankruptcy is foolish.

The promise by several presidential candidates to raise our taxes to pay for unworkable plans for health care and other socialistic schemes that have never proven valid makes the prospect of these "changes" frightening.
