Bond set for man charged with selling drugs

Bond was set at $100,000 Saturday for a Cook County man who allegedly provided cocaine to an undercover detective.

Roberto Cazares, 24, of the 1500 block of Winslowe Drive, Palatine, is charged with delivery of a controlled substance. Cook County prosecutors say Cazares unwittingly sold about $7,800 worth of cocaine May 7 in Rolling Meadows and Thursday in Arlington Heights to police.

Cazares' next appearance at the Rolling Meadows courthouse is set for June 13.
