Nicor needs to collect debts due
Nicor wants to increase gas prices. Why? Because it can't or doesn't want to push collecting past due bills from customers who are delinquent. Nicor wants to penalize their loyal customers who continually pay their bills on time. What ever happened to shutting off the gas to these customers?
So why don't all companies who can't collect debts due them increase the price of their service or products to those customers who pay their bills on time? Let the "good guys" pay for the "bad guys" legal debts. Give me a break.
