Sanctuary Club: Luxury living on the fairways

The Sanctuary Club wows buyers with its natural setting along the fairways of Kemper Lakes Golf Course and exclusive collection of 62 ultra-luxurious, maintenance-free home designs.

The golf course community by Jacobs Homes is tucked away on the north side of Route 22 just east of Quentin Road in Kildeer. Each home sits on a premium home site with views of lush landscaping, Kemper Lake or golf course fairways while common amenities include walking and jogging paths, sitting benches, and beautiful landscaping.

Jacobs Homes offers nine different floor plans including ranch plans, two-story designs and master-down options with three to four bedrooms and 3½ to 4½ baths. Each home offers flexible space and can be customized to the homeowner's desires.

"Stunning views, outstanding design, beautiful finishes and highly functional indoor and outdoor space are hallmarks of these homes," said Keith Jacobs, president of Jacobs Homes.
