Pulte Homes has just debuted three decorated single-family model homes at Autumn Creek in Yorkville. The community is located off Route 34 and has been planned for 317 luxury single-family homes priced from $243,990 and 258 low-maintenance townhouses starting at $139,590. Decorated models from both series are open for tours daily.

Pulte features five single-family floor plans from the Fields Series at Autumn Creek, which are base priced from $243,990. Each home is a two-story design sized from 2,317 to 3,139 square feet. Each plan is a four-bedroom, 2½-bath layout with a den (per plan), a large family room open to the kitchen and breakfast area, a luxury master suite with private bath and walk-in closet plus a two-car attached garage. Three-car garages are available, depending on plan and home site selection.
