Many models to see at Cambridge lakes
New home shoppers can tour 11 professionally appointed model homes in Carillon at Cambridge Lakes, a new active adult resort style community in Pingree Grove.
Carillon at Cambridge Lakes includes 405 acres and is planned for 1,297 ranch style homes among three series, as well as 129 acres of open space.
The community features maintenance-free living and will include a community clubhouse with a variety of social and fitness amenities such as an indoor and outdoor pool, as well as tennis and bocce ball courts, horseshoes, walking trails, a three-hole golf course, a community garden and a play area for visiting grandchildren.
"The grand opening of these model homes has been highly anticipated because a number of these homes have not been built before and it is especially important for active adult buyers to be able to walk through model homes to get a feel for how the plans live," said Paul F. Ivers, president of Cambridge Homes.
All four attached single-family home designs in the Composer series and all four Bayside series townhouse plans are showcased as fully furnished model homes. Additionally, three of the five freestanding single-family plans from the Resort series are showcased as professionally appointed model homes.
The four ranch style townhouse plans from the Bayside series range from 1,161 to 1,332 square feet They include two bedrooms, two-car garages and every plan is available with up to two baths. Three of the plans are available with luxury master bath options including double-bowl vanities and separate showers and tubs. Prices range currently from $178,000 to $192,000. The Bayside series are being built as back-to-back duplexes with four homes per building.
The four ranch style attached single-family plans from the Composer series range from 1,401 to 1,715 square feet with two bedrooms, two baths and two-car garages. All plans include master bedroom suites with walk-in closets and are available with luxury master bath options, as well as optional sunrooms. The two larger homes include dens. Prices range currently from $218,000 to $232,000.
The three single-family Resort series plans that are showcased as model homes include the 1,760-square-foot Camelback with two bedrooms and den or optional third bedroom and two baths; the 1,921-square-foot Greenbriar with two bedrooms and den or optional third bedroom and two baths with an available extended family room; and the 1,951-square-foot Palm Springs with three bedrooms and two baths, or optional dual master bedrooms each featuring an adjoining full bath.
The other two plans not showcased as model homes are the 1,475-square-foot Sanibel and the 2,322-square-foot Sun Valley.
Carillon at Cambridge Lakes is next to Cambridge Lakes, a master planned community planned for 2,995 homes with numerous amenities itself.
