It's time to give dirty tricks a rest

The current mantra from Rush Limbaugh and other conservative talk show hosts is what he calls, "Operation Chaos."

This ingenious plan, reminiscent of a 5-year-old trying to get back at a kid who called him an idiot, is so revealing.

Limbaugh and his contemporaries just can't stand to allow the democratic process to play out when the results may be contrary to his wants, desires and view.

It's pretty obvious to me that they really want Hillary to run against because she has more baggage and they can resurrect non-issues, like Whitewater, etc., and keep her busy with defending herself and take away time to present her case to the American public.

They would have to walk on egg shells with Obama at the risk of being accused of being racists.

This isn't the first time they have done this. They even did it to one of their own and nearly destroyed Sen. McCain in 2000 with lies, half truths, etc. That group has no regard for the democratic process.

The appearance that that very conservative group of people is so afraid of -- a Democrat presenting his or her views -- must mean that they are the ideas and views necessary to get this country out of the mess Bush and his pals have created.

I can't think of anything more un-American than what Limbaugh is doing.

It appears he has no conscience or sense of fair play and has nothing but disdain for anyone who doesn't stand with him on the far right.
