Speaking of the Rotary: The organization is also seeking nominees for the annual Bill Reid Community Service Award.

The award is given to an individual, business or organization involved in continuous community service endeavors through volunteerism.

The award honors the late Bill Reid, a longtime village trustee and charter member of the Buffalo Grove Rotary.

With the award, donations will be made to the Rotary Foundation and to a charity of the recipient's choice.
